This Treament brings together varies modalities, such as Classic Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Hot Stones, Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Active Stretching and Joint Mobilization tailored to your needs. After a brief consultation you will receive a therapeutic massage and bodywork session that will adjust to your pressure needs and focus on areas of your concern. You may choose between various massage oils for your treatment. Ultimately, relaxation and well- being are the ideal goal to help resolve tension and physical challenges.

Hot Stone
Hot Stones Massage uses smooth, heated stones to apply pressure and heat to the body, promoting relaxation and healing. During the treatment session I will place the stones stationary on selected areas as also using them as a extension of my hands and massaging you with them. I also will incorporate compression techniques and Classic Swedish strokes to enhance the massage experience.

Classic Swedish
This classic western therapeutic massage is designed to promote relaxation and ease muscle tension. This technique involves long, flowing strokes, kneading, friction, tapping, and vibration to alleviate physical pain mental stress and improves overall well being.

Deep Tissue
Deep Tissue is a therapeutic technique to relieve chronic pain, sports-related injuries and can improves stiffness. This modality involves applying sustained pressure using slow deep strokes to target inner layers of your muscles, tendon, joints and connective tissue. Trigger Point manipulation will focus on braking up scar tissue, improving circulation and restricted movement.
Using the right pressure is an imperative so you wont experience discomfort or pain. You will feel relieved and restored.

THALGO Ginger full body Exfoliation
Ajurvedic traditions have inspired this treatment combining a warm, spicy oil paste of ginger powder, sea salt and sugar to gently exfoliate and nourish the skin. The exfoliation is followed by a classic Swedish massage with using sesame oil infused with coriander and cypress oils. The treatment session finishes with a moisturizing silky balm leaving you restored refreshed and rejuvenated. For this treatment I am using
